Cox Mathews & Associates, the publisher of Diverse: Issues In Higher Education and parent company of the Diversity In Education Fund, has over two decades of experience in higher education and diversity. As a result, DIEF is expert in addressing the critical and complex diversity issues faced by institutions of higher learning, corporations and organizations today. DIEF provides strategic planning consulting beginning with a needs assessment, the strategic plan, program implementation and outcome assessment.

DIEF also designs and delivers training for educational environments, including syllabus development, lesson plans, evaluative instruments and learning organization strategies.
